• Home Care Provider
  As a Home Care Provider with Shangri-la LLC, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with physical disabilities, intellectual challenges, mental health conditions, and other special needs—helping them live safely and independently in their homes. You will assist with daily living tasks, offer emotional and behavioral support, and provide compassionate care that respects each client’s dignity and choices.
• Direct Support Professional
  As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Shangri-la LLC, you will provide compassionate, hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, and physical challenges. Your role is to empower each person to live with dignity, independence, and purpose—at home and in the community.
• Respite Care Provider
  As a Respite Care Provider with Shangri-la LLC, you will offer short-term relief to primary caregivers by providing quality, compassionate care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, physical limitations, behavioral challenges, or mental health needs.
