Residential Services – Enhanced Family Care

Enhanced Family Care offers individuals a safe, supportive home environment within a family setting. Services are designed to promote independence, daily living skills, and overall well-being while ensuring health and safety in compliance with HE-M 1201 standards.

Home Care Providers provide personalized support with daily routines such as personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and other needs outlined in individualized care plans. This model emphasizes meaningful relationships, social engagement, and active community participation.

Community Participation Services

Community Participation Services foster personal growth and enrich the lives of individuals through active engagement in meaningful community activities. These services promote socialization, skill development, independence, and inclusion.

Trained staff assist and guide individuals in recreational, educational, volunteer, and vocational activities tailored to each person’s individualized care plan. They provide supervision, guidance, and transportation to ensure activities are conducted safely and meaningfully.

Respite Services

Respite services offer short-term, temporary relief to primary caregivers of individuals with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. These services allow caregivers to rest, attend to personal needs, or manage other responsibilities, while ensuring that the individual continues to receive high-quality, safe, and consistent care.

Respite care can be provided in the individual’s home, a certified residential setting, or through agency-arranged programs. Trained respite providers follow established care plans, including medication administration and health support in accordance with HE-M 1201 standards, ensuring that medical and daily living needs are met with the same attention and professionalism as the primary caregiver would provide.
